Very pretty bracelet bought for a special birthday but unfortunately the clasp broke and the bracelet kept falling off - lucky not to lose it. Seller wouldn’t replace it and was prepared to refund only £10 of the £68 paid. Really surprising and disappointing response for such an expensive item and I obviously regret the purchase.
